Interest in low-dose dose-response relationships for Bacillus anthracis exposure can be traced to data gaps made apparent during the civilian response to the 2001 anthrax letter event. This report conducts a systematic review of Bacillus anthracis dose-response data that can be used to inform development of a dose-response relationship or to support the use of Bacillus anthracis dose-response data in a human health risk assessment.
