20190906 - Transitioning towards objective read-across approaches: Generalised Read-across (GenRA) (EFSA Meeting)

Generalized Read-Across (GenRA) is a data driven approach which makes read-across predictions of toxicity on the basis of a similarity weighted activity of source analogues (nearest neighbors). A harmonized hybrid workflow for GenRA provides opportunities for new approach methodologies (NAM) data. This presentation will illustrate how a GenRA baseline can be applied in practice, and highlight ongoing research in extending the approach and current applications.
